Withdrawal / Return – Product Change

You have the right to return or change all or part of the order within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive it.

Date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.

If the return is not made within 15 days then our company may not accept it.

To exercise the right of return – change, you must:

  • Fill in and send the “Product Change/Return Form” that you received with your order.
  • To send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie to be complete, without damage and without removing the special markings-labels of the product, within the package that you received.

The products are returned by you exclusively with the transport courier that you received, ie General Post.

Shipping costs

Inside Greece Returns – changes are made exclusively with the transport courier you received (General Post) and always at the recipient’s expense, ie www.sportlandshop.gr
In case the customer chooses another transport company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

Returns

In case the reason for return concerns an error of www.sportlandshop.gr, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded.
In case the customer wishes the return of his order without the fault ofwww.sportlandshop.gr, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to
3,00€.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products.

Changes

The first change is always free, as long as it is the same item, free of charge to the customer. For each subsequent change that concerns the same order, there is a charge 3,00€ for each new shipment.
If you are in Attica, you can make your change in our store with the necessary documents (Retail Receipt or Shipping Invoice), free of charge.

Briefly,the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • The return must be made within fifteen (15) days from the day of receipt
  • The product must not have been used
  • The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Shipping Receipt, Invoice, etc.)

Defective products

In cases where, through proven fault of www.sportlandshop.gr defective products were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.

Important:

For hygiene reasons, products that can affect a person’s personal hygiene are not returned. Some of these are:

  • Underwear
  • Swimsuit
  • Socks
